¼ cup tahini

¼ cup melted coconut oil extra virgin

½ cup rice malt syrup

1 tsp salt

Allow to biscuit base to completely cool (remove from bread tin and place on cooling rack)

In a food processor combine all of the caramel ingredients until fully combined

Place cooled biscuit base back into the lined bread tin, pour caramel ingredients onto biscuit base and place in fridge for one hour to cool

Mix choc top ingredients and heat up if not combining, then allow to slighty cool

Sprinkle rice puffs onto cooled caramel

Pour choc mix onto rice puffs and cooled caramel

Place back in fridge for the whole slice to completely cool for approx 2 hours

Once all the levels have set, slice in pieces or bites
