Lunchbox Muesli Slice   NO BUTTER OR BAD SUGARS! A guilt free energy booster, ready for all members of the family Makes: 12 pieces Takes: 40 mins Ingredients:  1 Cup Rolled Oats ½ Cup unsweetened rice puffs ½ Cup sunflower seeds 1 Cup Dried fruit mix (chopped) ½ Cup Shredded coconut ½ Cup Rice malt syrup ½ Cup Coconut sugar 1 TBLS Cinnamon 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Salt 1 Large Egg (whisked) 1 Cup Self Raising Flour 1 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)   METHOD: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Line a square slice tin with baking paper In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients Pour the combined mixture into the lined tin, flatten and push mix into all the corners until smooth Place in oven and bake for 25-30mins or until golden Cool on wire tray,
