Tropical Granola

INGREDIENTS
DRY
3 Cups Rolled Oats
2 TBS Spelt Flour
¼ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
WET
1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
TROPICAL
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1 Cup Dried Mango (Diced)
2 TBS Chia Seeds
METHOD
Preheat Oven to 160 Degrees
Line a large baking tray with Baking Paper
Mix “Dry” Ingredients in a bowl, stir in “Wet” ingredients.
Pour onto lined baking tray
Bake for 10 mins or until golden brown
Once cooled add “Tropical” ingredients
Store in an air tight container for up to 3 months
Enjoy every morning, with your favourite Greek yoghurt; try it with fruit, for a healthy breakfast.
